| Is Lirene cruelty free? | Yes! Lirene is proudly PETA certified cruelty free. We do not conduct, nor have we ever ordered, tests on animals. Select products are also Vegan Society certified. |
| Is this a self tanner or an instant glow product? | It depends on the product. Some Lirene products like Coconut Shine Illuminating Cream and Body BB Balm give an instant glow that washes off with water. Others like the Perfect Tan range use DHA to gradually develop a natural-looking tan over a few hours. Each product page specifies the type. |
| Will it stain my clothes? | As long as you allow the product to fully dry before dressing, you should be fine. We recommend waiting a few minutes after application before putting clothes on. |
| How long does the tan last? | It depends on the product: • Coconut Shine Illuminating Cream — washes off with water • Body BB Balm — washes off with water • Coffee Brûlée Self Tanning Lotion — up to 7 days • Caffe Latte Gradual Tan — up to 7 days • Caramel Face Gel — up to 5–7 days • Coconut Water Bronzing Mist — up to 7–10 days • Bronzing Foam — up to 7 days |
| Do I need to exfoliate before applying? | Yes! For best results, exfoliate and shave before applying any self tanning product. This ensures a smooth, even, streak-free finish. |
| Can I use these products on my face? | Coconut Shine Illuminating Cream and Caramel Face Gel are specifically formulated for the face. Other products are designed for the body. |
| How do I remove self tanner? | Simply wash off with soap and water in the shower. For gradual tanning products, the color will naturally fade over several days. |
| Where do you ship? | We ship across the Continental U.S. with free standard shipping on orders $25+. We also ship internationally. Customs, duties, and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. Some aerosol or flammable products ship only within the Continental U.S. via ground shipping. |
| How do I start a return? | Email sales@tradeexpressusa.com within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging. We respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization number. |
| I have not received my order, what do I do? | Please wait for the full estimated delivery window. If your order still hasn’t arrived, email sales@tradeexpressusa.com with your order number and we’ll investigate right away. |
