Refund policy

At Lirene USA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are pleased to offer returns for a full refund under the terms below. This policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States and purchased directly from our website.


Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. Requests submitted after this window cannot be accepted.


Eligibility To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be:

  • Unused and unopened with the original hygiene seal fully intact
  • In their original undamaged retail packaging including any boxes and inserts
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase such as your order number or confirmation email
  • Purchased directly from the Lirene USA website

Items That Cannot Be Returned The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken hygiene seal
  • Free samples, testers, gifts with purchase, and promotional items
  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Start a Return Please do not ship items back without contacting us first as unauthorized returns may be refused.

  1. Email sales@tradeexpressusa.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return
  2. Our team will reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization number and return shipping address
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, write the RA number on the outside of the parcel, and ship to the address provided. Keep your tracking number until your refund is processed

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable insured shipping method as Lirene USA cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your return is the result of our error we will cover the return shipping cost.


Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is the result of our error.


Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund please first check your bank account and contact your bank or card issuer as posting times vary. If you still have not received your refund contact us at sales@tradeexpressusa.com and we will look into it promptly.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect contact us at sales@tradeexpressusa.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a prepaid return label and at your option send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping.


Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges at this time. Please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order on our website.


Order Cancellations Orders can typically be cancelled if the request is received before the order has shipped. Email sales@tradeexpressusa.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been handed to the carrier it must be processed as a return.


Geographic Limitations This policy applies only to orders shipped within the 50 United States. We are not currently able to accept returns from outside the United States.
