Shipping policy
At Lirene USA we strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner, working diligently to ensure your products are on their way to you as soon as possible.
Free Shipping We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $25 or more within the Continental U.S. Free or discounted shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. International orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Processing Time
- Orders placed by 12PM CST Monday–Friday are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 12PM CST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day
Hazardous Materials Shipping Some Lirene products may be classified as Hazardous Materials including:
- Aerosol items
- Alcohol-based formulas
- Pressurized containers
- Flammable, volatile, or corrosive ingredients
Due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations these items:
- Must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping only
- Cannot be shipped via air services such as UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air
- Are only available for delivery within the Continental U.S.
- Cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses
International Shipping For orders outside the United States please note:
- The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country
- Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
- Additional customs clearance charges may be incurred which are not controlled or predicted by us
- Customs procedures may cause delivery delays beyond estimated timeframes
